Specimen Preparation

In-house CNC turning, VMC machining, and EDM wire-cut. Specimens machined to ASTM/ISO geometry — CT, SEB, tensile dog-bone, Charpy V-notch.

Method Alignment

Test methods selected per ASTM, IS, ISO, ASME, NACE, AWS, BS, DIN, EN standards. Non-standard geometries? We design custom fixtures.

Controlled Testing

Calibrated instruments, controlled lab environment, and qualified engineers. Every test logged with equipment ID, calibration date, and ambient conditions.

Data Review
