Oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen strongly influence the properties of metals such as steel, titanium, copper. Brittleness, ductility and hardness are particularly influenced by the element concentration. A quick and reliable measurement is hence desired by companies as a crucial part of their quality control process.

MICROLAB is currently equipped with modern equipment that can guarantee fast results at the most economical prices by leveraging the right detection methods coupled with the carrier gas.

The measuring rage:

  • oxygen is between 0.1 ppm to 2%
  • Nitrogen is between 0.1 ppm to 2%
  • Hydrogen is between 0.01 ppm to 1000 ppm
